Advertising Coordinator - Smithtown SMM Advertising, an innovative, full-service, 360 marketing firm, has been a consistent award-winner in all industry categories for over 40 years—totaling over 300 to date.
We continue to grow and are currently seeking an Advertising Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will assist industry leaders as you work together to exceed customer expectations and provide extraordinary client service to our growing roster of clients.

What you’ll do:
Provide daily administrative and clerical support to account teams
Compile stats and metrics for periodic marketing comparisons
Support Social Media efforts
Answer client emails and calls
Invoicing/billing
Program information for job postings (& proofreading)
Media/Marketing research
We require:
Bachelor's in Advertising, Marketing or Communications
Advertising office support or administrative experience
Working knowledge of social media platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Computer literacy with MS Office, and math aptitude
Salary:
