Job description
Lord Abbett in Jersey City seeks a Head of Advisor Consultant Development reporting to the Head of Internal Sales. The role owns onboarding through Regional Manager readiness, delivering a structured, scalable training program and clear progression from new hire to productive territory owner.
You will coach new Advisors, develop curricula, partner with HR and Sales, oversee intern programs, and help identify future leaders, while fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and performance.
