n nWhat Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health
nFinance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
nFinancial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
nResponsibilities
nnnConsolidate monthly financial results for leaders supporting Presource Sourcing with a focus on P&L results
n
nnPartner with Accounting / Presource Team to reconcile Supplier Funding and Rebates
n
nnPrepare monthly financial presentations including detailed driver analysis and understanding of business results
n
nnPartner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
n
nnAssist with the quarterly forecasts and yearly budget processes
n
nnManage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently
n
nnSupport continuous improvement of new processes and work with key stakeholders to execute and maintain them
n
nnWork on Ad hoc requests and initiatives as required
n
n nQualifications
nnn4+ years of experience, preferred
n
nn3+ years working in Presource / Manufacturing costing environment, preferred
n
nnBachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
n
nnProficiency in Anaplan, HFM, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
n
nnExperience working with large data sets, preferred
n
nnExperience building Power BI modules, preferred
n
n nWhat is expected of you and others at this level
nnnApplies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
n
nnMay contribute to the development of policies and procedures
n
nnWorks on complex projects of large scope

nnSolutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
n
nnCompletes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
n
nnWork reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives

nnMay act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

n nAnticipated salary range: $80,900 - $115,500
