Job description
We’re partnering with a growing logistics and supply chain company in Rutherford, NJ that is hiring for its B2B sales team.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is competitive, coachable, comfortable talking to people, and motivated by performance-based growth.
Former high school, college, and professional athletes are strongly encouraged to apply , but athletic experience is not required . Candidates from hospitality, coaching, retail, customer service, and other competitive or people-facing backgrounds can also be a strong fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and reaching out to small and mid-sized businesses
Making outbound calls and building new client relationships
Learning how businesses currently handle shipping and logistics
Identifying opportunities to improve cost, service, and efficiency
Managing your own territory and growing a book of business
Following a structured sales process and working toward clear performance goals
Who They’re Looking For
Competitive, energetic, and coachable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and rejection
Resilient and able to bounce back quickly
Strong work ethic and willingness to follow a process
Recent graduates and early-career candidates
Former high school, college, or professional athletes are strongly encouraged to apply

Prior sales experience is not required.

Compensation
$85K–$95K+ Year 1 OTE
$95K–$120K+ Year 2 and beyond
