YOUR ROLE
As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
Your Responsibilities
Passionate about driving sales: As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class, in-store guest experience.
People leader: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, model AEO's service standards, and hold associates accountable.
Talent scout & trainer: Recruit and hire strong talent, ensuring the store is staffed to meet business needs, and develop associates to maintain outstanding service and Guest First culture.
Teamwork champion: Challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching.
Visual & operational innovator: Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards; keep Fitting Rooms guest‑ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
Integrity driver: Maintain store safety standards, enforce Asset Protection, adhere to AEO policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.

Pay/Benefits Information
Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
