Job description
CMI Group, a Cassavant Machining, Inc. entity, designs and manufactures precision aerospace and defense components in the Phoenix area. This VP of Business Development role focuses on new program wins, design engagement, and strategic market positioning for tier1 primes.
You will own pursuit strategy, build a data-driven pipeline, and report progress to the CEO and board in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
