Job description
Eaton Aerospace’s FED Division seeks a Manufacturing Front Line Leader for its Beltsville, MD location. The role oversees 15–40 hourly staff, drives safety, quality and delivery, and partners across engineering, HR, and materials to meet targets.
Salary ranges from $99,000 to $125,000 annually; on-site M-F with a typical 2nd shift, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or HS with extensive manufacturing experience and leadership ability.
