Accelera in Kinston, NC seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to drive people strategy in aerospace manufacturing. You will advise leadership, shape organizational design, and transform workforce data into actionable insights, while guiding employee relations and engagement.
The role requires 6+ years of HR experience in a generalist/HRBP capacity, HRIS proficiency, and ability to work onsite with occasional travel. Expect a high-velocity manufacturing environment and ITAR/EAR considerations.
