Job description
Aerospace Component Manufacturing Firm is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the manufacturing engineering group, provide technical floor support, implement process improvements, and drive smooth transition of new products to manufacturing.
You will coordinate a team of 3+ engineers, set goals, and report KPIs such as FPY, scrap, MTBF, and productivity while collaborating with product and operations to optimize performance.
