Job description
AllClear Aerospace & Defense is seeking a Director of Operations to lead Supply Chain, Planning, and Production for the Engineered Products business. You will manage execution from customer demand through material planning, supplier performance, production scheduling, manufacturing, and delivery.
The role requires strong floor presence, strategic leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, cost, and manufacturing flow.
