Job description
Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day manufacturing at the Wickliffe and Eastlake plants, driving safety, quality, delivery and EBIT through cross-functional teamwork.
The role requires a minimum of 10 years in supervision and a strong foundation in AS9100/ITAR and Lean manufacturing principles. Relocation is authorized and collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality is essential.
