You will supervise inspection staff, ensure quality control procedures, and drive continuous improvements in inspection processes. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience in the aerospace field and possesses excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. A competitive salary of $85,000 – $92,000 annually is offered along with comprehensive benefits.
