Job description
Eaton is seeking a Quality Supervisor for its IS AER FED division in Beltsville, MD. You will lead 25–35 Quality Inspectors and act as the Quality Control leader for the Machine Components and Assemblies value streams, driving inspection processes toward World Class Manufacturing and outstanding customer quality.
The role requires strong CI, coaching, and problem-solving skills (8D, PFMEA), collaboration with QMS, and adherence to ITAR.
