Job DescriptionPosition Summary
Accurate Machine & Tool Corporation (AMT) is seeking an experienced Quality Manager – AS9100 to lead and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) in a growing aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. The Quality Manager will maintain and improve AMT’s AS9100-compliant QMS, ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met, and promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage oversight of internal QMS System
Lead corrective action when NCRs occur and conducting Root Cause Analysis to ensure Process Improvement
Oversight of inspection processes and leadership of quality department personnel
Possess an drive for Continuous Improvement
Develop and monitor quality performance metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
Experience working in an Aerospace / Defense Manufacturing Environment
Experience with approving First Article Inspections
Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR, CMMC, CUI, and FCI requirements
Knowledge of CNC machining, welding, special processes, or other precision manufacturing processes
