Job description
Precision Castparts seeks a Sales Director to lead strategic initiatives that grow revenue, expand market share, and deepen customer partnerships in aerospace and defense. You will act as the primary interface with key customers, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and strategic partners, identifying opportunities for long-term business growth.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure requirements are understood and executed.
