CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help build a world-class team for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and craft proactive sourcing strategies in a fast-growing startup.
You will evaluate candidates’ technical aptitude across electronics, software, and systems engineering, manage multiple requisitions, and promote Cesium's value proposition throughout the hiring process.
