Faces With Rania LLC is looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team in Spring, TX! This is an exciting opportunity to bring your artistry and clinical expertise to a boutique aesthetic practice dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities:
Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers
Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess goals, medical history, and treatment suitability
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client‘s unique facial anatomy and aesthetic goals
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions and product recommendations
Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted RN, NP, PA, or MD license in the state of Texas
Hands-on experience with neurotoxin and dermal filler injections
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
Excellent bedside manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for facial aesthetics and symmetry
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with aesthetic consultations and client relationship management preferred
