AesthetiCare Medspa STL | Frontenac, St. Louis, MO
Full-Time | 30+ Hours per Week | 4-5 Days per Week
Compensation: $95,000-$150,000+ annually

AesthetiCare Medspa STL is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP or PA) to join our growing team in Frontenac. This is an exciting opportunity for an established injector who wants to continue refining their skills, expand their expertise and build a long-term career within a highly respected and growth-focused aesthetic practice.

Competitive earning potential.
This position offers annual compensation of approximately $95,000-$150,000+, utilizing a greater-of compensation model designed to reward performance and growth.

About AesthetiCare Medspa STL
Formerly The Lifestyle Center, AesthetiCare Medspa STL is a premier medical spa and body sculpting destination located in the Frontenac area of St. Louis.
We offer an extensive portfolio of injectable treatments, skin rejuvenation services and body sculpting procedures designed to help our patients look and feel their best.
Our philosophy goes beyond performing treatments. We build lasting partnerships with our patients by understanding their goals, educating them on their options and creating thoughtful, individualized treatment plans. What You'll Do
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments and other aesthetic procedures, delivering safe, natural-looking and high-quality results.
Conduct comprehensive consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on services, skincare and pre- and post-treatment care.
Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships through exceptional communication, follow-up care and a consistently elevated patient experience.
Maintain the highest standards of clinical safety, documentation, compliance and professionalism while collaborating with the broader AesthetiCare team.
What We’re Looking For
Current RN, NP or PA license in the state of Missouri ; NP or PA preferred, although experienced RNs are encouraged to apply.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with an established patient/client base or demonstrated experience independently treating aesthetic patients.
A smart, established and passionate provider who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Someone who is coachable and excited to continue learning, even after becoming established in their craft.
A collaborative, growth-minded professional who wants to contribute to the continued success of both their patients and the practice.
