\ N What You'll Do
\ NYou'll own the patient relationship from consultation through treatment and follow-up care. That includes:
\ N Performing advanced injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
\ N Conducting comprehensive aesthetic consultations
\ N Developing individualized, full-face treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and appropriate clinical recommendations
\ N Building and maintaining a loyal patient base through exceptional outcomes and relationships
\ N Educating patients on treatment options, skincare, aftercare, and realistic expectations
\ N Collaborating with Estheticians and other providers to create comprehensive patient treatment plans
\ N Maintaining accurate documentation and the highest standards of patient safety and clinical compliance
\ N Participating in ongoing clinical education and advanced training
\ N Supporting clinic events, community initiatives, and opportunities to develop patient relationships
\ N You'll Probably Love This Role If...
\ NYou're already a capable injector, but you don't think you've reached your ceiling. You care about facial balance and thoughtful outcomes more than chasing trends. You want patients who return because they trust your judgment. You enjoy learning from other talented people and aren't threatened by being surrounded by high performers.
\ NYou're also comfortable with the business side of being a successful injector. You understand that an exceptional practice is built through great consultations, patient education, retention, referrals, and relationships, not simply technical skill.

\ NWhat We're Looking For
\ N Active RN, PA or NP license
\ N 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
\ N Demonstrated experiencewith neurotoxins and dermal fillers
\ N Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning
\ N Strong consultation andpatient education skills
\ N A track record of building trusting, long-term patient relationships
\ N Commitment to safe, ethical, and clinically appropriate aesthetic medicine
