We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Plastic Surgeon to join a prominent established cosmetic and aesthetic practice in the San Francisco Bay Area of California .
This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon looking to step into a high-performing practice, and work toward long-term partnership within a physician-led, ownership-focused partnership.
The practice serves a discerning patient population across 4 locations in Northern California . With established infrastructure, experienced staff, and operational support in place, the incoming surgeon can focus on clinical excellence while scaling a sustainable and rewarding practice.
This role is well suited for a surgeon who values clinical quality, entrepreneurship, and long-term ownership within a collaborative environment.

Full operational, marketing, and administrative support
Requirements:
MD or DO with completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency
Board-certified or board-eligible
Strong aesthetic and/or reconstructive surgical skill set
Excellent communication, professionalism, and bedside manner
Interest in long-term practice growth and partnership
