Anytime Fitness Personal TrainerAnytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different!“Inspire, Motivate, and Transform Lives Every Day”The ideal candidate will have flexible availability, a strong passion for health and fitness, and the ability to create a supportive and engaging environment for our members.To be considered for this position, you must:Hold a Personal Training certification (or be in the process of obtaining one)Have strong sales and customer service skillsBe passionate about fitness, health, and helping others succeedHave excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Be self-motivated, positive, and enthusiasticEnjoy working with people of all fitness levels and backgroundsBe comfortable engaging with members on and off the gym floorBe a team player and thrive in a community-focused environmentDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Delivering engaging and effective personal training sessionsBuilding strong relationships with members to support their fitness journeyPromoting personal training services and helping members find the right programs for their goalsUtilizing social media and marketing strategies to attract and retain clientsMaintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the gymLeading by example with a positive and motivating attitudeComfortable with all types of training sessions: private, semi-private and teamSupporting front-desk and sales operations as scheduled, including conducting tours, selling memberships and training packages, and following up with leadsFurther Duties:Community Engagement – Represent Anytime Fitness in the local community by participating in gym events, fitness challenges, and outreach programs.Networking & Client Outreach – Work with local businesses and organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.Member Experience – Ensure that every member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to be part of our fitness family!Benefits:Continuing education creditsEmployee discountFlexible scheduleGym membershipOpportunities for advancementPaid time offProfessional development assistanceTuition reimbursementSchedule: (Schedules may be adjusted depending on client and gym needs)Day shiftEvening shiftSaturdaysMorning shiftImportant Notes:Must be at least 18 years old. Personal training certification and CPR/AED certification are required (or willingness to obtain them).
