ClickDealer is hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager

What we expect:
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, across several verticals (not locked into just one niche);
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Comfortable working with large volumes of data and drawing insights from it;
Ready to make bold calls and own the outcomes;
Thrives in a fast-paced environment without cutting corners on quality.
What you'll be doing:
Recruiting and growing top-tier affiliates, managing key accounts;
Acting as the main point of contact, from contracts and negotiations to day-to-day support;
Running multiple campaigns at once: budgets, payouts, creatives, offer updates;
Monitoring traffic quality and volume, catching risks early;
Keeping a pulse on market trends and sharing insights with the team;
Owning revenue growth - monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
