Job description
Dream Live Prosper Communities is seeking a mission-driven Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of an affordable multifamily community. You will oversee leasing, renewals, rent collection, budget performance, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company standards. Partner closely with residents to resolve concerns, connect them to supportive services, and organize community-building events. You’ll supervise onsite staff, maintain curb appeal and safety, and track key performance metrics.
