Job description
Gentiva seeks an Afterhours RN Care Manager to provide compassionate hospice care outside regular hours. You will ensure coverage during nights, weekends, and on-call shifts with strong clinical oversight for patients and families.
You will assess needs, coordinate care with physicians and the IDG, and maintain timely documentation while supporting regulatory compliance and infection control during after-hours operations.
