Job description
Optimal Care is seeking a Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing and compassionate support during the overnight shift, 5pm–8am, on a 7-on/7-off rotation. All shifts begin and end from home, with no on-call requirements, while traveling to patient homes within the service area.
You will assess urgent symptoms, administer care, coordinate with physicians, and provide families with guidance through difficult times, maintaining a structured schedule that supports your life
