Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking an Afterhours RN Care Manager to provide high-quality hospice care outside standard business hours. You will deliver on-call visits, admissions, and death visits, while maintaining primary clinical oversight for assigned patients and coordinating with physicians and the IDG.
The role emphasizes leadership of field staff, infection control, and regulatory compliance, with weekend and night shifts and a strong emphasis on compassionate end-of-life care.
