Job description
Arden Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for an after-hours, 7-on/7-off on-call role in the Savannah and Lexington, TN office locations. You will coordinate and manage patient care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, delivering skilled nursing interventions with a focus on comfort and quality of life.
You will assess clinical needs, communicate with patients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity
