Job description
Gentiva is seeking an After Hours Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, providing compassionate care and coordination with the daytime team.
You will serve as the primary liaison among patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team, evaluate needs, and implement the plan of care with strong EMR documentation. A valid driver’s license and CPR certification are required.
