Job description
Agape Care is seeking an After-Hours Hospice RN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care after 5pm Friday through 8am Monday. You’ll be supported by our 24/7 RN triage team and work with the local hospice staff to ensure high-quality care.
Qualified candidates are licensed R.N. in Virginia with 2+ years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred. You must be able to lift and assist patients and participate in a collaborative care plan for families.
