Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours / On-Call Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, delivering compassionate care when it’s needed most.
You will provide direct patient care, serve as the primary liaison between patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team, and support an interdisciplinary group to manage symptoms and the plan of care.
