Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, delivering compassionate care when it is needed most. You will work as the primary liaison among patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team, ensuring timely visits and symptom management.
Requirements include an active RN license in the state, 1+ year nursing experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.
