Job description
Agape Care seeks an After-Hours Hospice RN to provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care during the on-call window from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday. You will collaborate with the hospice care team to ensure quality, dignified care for patients facing life-limiting illnesses.
You will advocate for patients, coordinate with the 24/7 triage department, and support families in navigating difficult decisions, with a supportive leadership team and opportunities for professional growth.
