Job description
Agape Care Group seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our after-hours hospice team. This full-time role covers on-call hours from Friday 5pm to Monday 8am, providing compassionate care and patient advocacy alongside a 24/7 triage support system.
You will collaborate with families, patients, and the hospice care team to ensure quality outcomes and a meaningful experience during life-limited illnesses, while maintaining professional standards and empathy.
