Job description
Catholic Charities of Onondaga County is seeking an After Hours Support Specialist to assist active Supportive Housing clients after hours, coordinating services with caseworkers to help clients maintain housing goals. The role requires crisis intervention, transportation, and daily living skill support,with documentation for funding sources and program reports.
Hours include Mon/Tue/Fri 2pm–10pm and Sat/Sun 9am–5pm; salary is $19.00 per hour.
