Job description
Villa at Silverbell Estates is seeking a Nurse Supervisor RN to lead nursing staff during after-hours, ensure proper staffing and workflow, and maintain high-quality patient care. You will act as the highest on-site authority after-hours, make timely decisions, and support staff across shifts.
The role includes direct nursing care, administrative duties, rounds to monitor resident conditions, documentation, and collaboration with other departments to resolve clinical challenges.
