Job description
After Hours On Call Triage Visit RN - Weekends | We are looking for someone to be available to be on-call outside of normal business hours to take calls for our hospice department and triage patients, but also be available to make a visit if there is a need to our patients in their home setting.
Hours: This position is considered part-time and will be on-call, generally from 8:00am Saturday to 8:00am Monday.
Training : We are looking for someone that would have availability during the weekdays, Monday - Friday, preferably from 8:00am - 5:00pm to train for a minimum of 2 days per week for approximately 2 - 6 weeks dependent upon availability.

A few Must-haves for this position:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
* Licensed to practice as a RN in the state of MN. License is active and in good standing.
* Minimum of twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years.
* CPR Certification
* One (1) year of hospice experience preferred.
* Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
