The After-school Aid provides support and assistance to students during after-school programs. They ensure a safe and enriching environment for students. Their responsibilities include supervising activities, organizing games, and assisting students with academic tasks. The After-school Aid must have good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students and other staff members effectively.
