Job description
IDEA Public Schools is seeking an After School Enrichment Specialist to support priority students after school, focusing on academic support, enrichment activities, and college/career readiness. You will collaborate with campus leadership to align programs with school priorities and supervise enrichment sessions for 2–2.5 hours after the regular day.
Requirements include current college enrollment (up to 15 hours) or relevant certification, and experience with youth in a school setting.
