Job description
SRA Management Group LLC is hiring a Lead Counselor (Group Leader) for the Active Kids After School Program at The Adirondack Club in Franklin, MA. The role involves supervising a group of children, delivering structured activities, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment after school.
The position offers 2–5 days/week with hours typically 2:45 PM–6:00 PM, and full Adirondack Club membership benefits for working a minimum of 5 hours weekly. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
