Job description
KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our program at Baum Elementary. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of center operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. You will manage and coach staff, implement engaging early childhood curriculum, and maintain compliance with licensing and safety standards. The Site Director partners closely with families and school leadership, manages budgets and enrollment, and champions KinderCare’s inclusive, growth-focused culture while driving continuous quality improvement.
