Job description
Be GREAT Academy in Lexington District 1 seeks a part-time seasonal Program Director to oversee after-school program delivery at Forts Pond Elementary School. Hours are Mon.–Thu., 2 pm–6 pm, at $17.50 per hour.
The role reports to the Campus Director and entails supervising staff and coordinating youth programming. Bachelor's degree in Youth Development or related field and 2-3 years of program delivery experience are required.
