Job description
The Harriman Program is seeking a Program Director to lead the COMPASS/SONYC after-school program at a New York middle school site. You will supervise staff, ensure program compliance with DYCD and DOH guidelines, manage reporting, and promote a safe, engaging environment for students.
You will serve as liaison among staff, school, and families and drive youth development initiatives. Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, regular meetings, and overseeing procurement and records.
