Job description
YMCA of Greenville seeks a Youth & Family Services Program Director for After School Child Care (ASCC). You will lead operations, staffing, and curriculum, reporting to the Youth & Family Services Director.
Responsibilities include program development, staff supervision, and community engagement to advance high-quality childcare. Responsibilities also cover budgeting, safety compliance, scheduling field trips, and partnering with HR for staff development.
