Job description
Shining Steps ABA seeks caring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time after-school hours. Typical sessions run 2:00 PM–8:00 PM with weekend options. Roles include 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings, under BCBA guidance.
BTs may train toward RBT certification with paid training and support; RBTs must have active certification and may be assigned workloads based on experience. Flexible scheduling offered.
