Job description
The Mentoring Alliance is seeking an After School Site Director in Friendswood, Texas, responsible for leading after-school programs and supporting staff. This role involves engaging with elementary-aged children, building trust with families, and ensuring a quality experience. Ideal candidates should enjoy working with youth, be at least 17 years old, and possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued. The position is part-time, Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
