Job description
SummerCollab seeks a Site Leader to oversee CollabClubs across New Castle County, coordinating mentoring, literacy support and academic clubs with a focus on youth development and family engagement.
As part of the Program Operations Director's team, you will supervise on-site staff, ensure safety ratios, plan SEL activities, track assessments in Procare, and collaborate with schools to maintain open communication.
