Job description
The YMCA of the East Bay is seeking a Specialty Group Leader to supervise after-school programs in Richmond, CA. This part-time on-site role focuses on safety, engagement, and meaningful enrichment activities across STEAM, ELA, arts, and sports.
You'll plan developmentally appropriate activities, track attendance, and communicate with families and school staff. Strong classroom and behavior management, teamwork, and a love of working with youth are essential.
