An After school Support Staff handles student group management and assists with multiple activities (i.e., Art, Music, Dance, Sports, etc.).

Requirements: Experience: We are looking for previous experience working with children in a school or camp setting is preferred.
Required Training: Complete all required IMS and state-mandated training and onboarding.
Schedule:Monday-Friday 3:00-6:00 pm, September 8 - June 4
Reliable Attendance: We are looking for teachers who can commit to working each day the program is in session.
School Calendar: Please note that OST Enrichment and Aftercare are not held on scheduled school half-days.
Any schedule changes must be pre-approved by the Site Director and BTB Dean.
Reporting Relationships: Directly report to and take guidance from the Program Director, with additional accountability to IMS School Leadership and BTB Dean.
Additional Responsibilities: Push/pull, lift, and carry a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds across campus. Work outside, upright, and mobile for one (1) to three (3) hours per day
Respond to emergencies, including running and ascending stairs without undue exertion.
