Job description
Emrald Coast Hospice, part of Gentiva, is seeking an Afterhours RN Care Manager to provide high-quality hospice care outside standard business hours. You will assess and coordinate patient and family needs during after-hours shifts, maintaining primary clinical oversight for assigned patients with strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
