Job description
Suncrest Hospice, part of LHC Group and within the UnitedHealth Group family, seeks an Afterhours Registered Nurse to deliver hospice care to patients and families after regular hours, including nights and weekends. The role requires driving to patient homes and following a Friday 4:30pm - Monday 8am schedule.
Responsibilities include telephone triage, crisis response, initial eligibility assessments, and afterhours visits.
